  1. The Booking

    Travedox is all set with its terms and conditions. As soon as you book your desired package through us, the contract get activated. We assure you that your bookings are handled very carefully. It is obligatory to fill your all credentials correctly. Your approval is confirmed when you accept every Term and condition which is marked by your sign on the booking forms.

  2. Deposit

    After the signature on the forms, you need to deposit half of your entire travel cost to the organization.

  3. Installment

    The installments can be paid to Travedox through multiple modes, by means of cheque, Demand Draft, Credit card or electronic cash exchange. Mastercard installments will have an extra surge of 3%-5% levied on, which will later be added to your receipt cost. If the booking is made within 10 days of the flight, there will be full installment.

  4. Balance

    After doing with the booking form and deposit, an invoice will be sent to you along with a receipt for the payment. The payment of the tour needs to be done 28 days prior to the tour departure. If any booking is done within 14 working days prior to the tour departure, it will be considered as late booking and the complete payment needs to be done. If you fail to pay the full amount within 28 days prior to the tour departure, the booking stands as canceled. The cancellation fee details is as mentioned below :

    • More than 15 days but less than 90 days : 30% of the total package price.
    • More than 07 days but less than 15 days : 50% of the total package price.
    • Less than 07 days : No refund.

    For cancellation of a reservation, send an email at [email protected] and contact the Service agent. Any refund that may be due will be processed within a period of 35 days after we receive your written Notice Of Cancellation. Traveller Substitutions will be considered as Reservation Cancellations and are subject to Cancellation Fees. Flight cancellation fee will cost INR 3000/per individual with the exception of nonrefundable fares where 100% cost of the charge will be deducted.

  5. Change in Booking

    If you wish to make any kind of change in your travel itinerary after issuance of your confirmation invoice, we will make our full endeavour to assist you but this won't be possible in each and every case.

  6. Obligation

    The organization does not control hotels or mentor different offices specified in the visit and so cannot be held at risk.

    The organization is not responsible for any hotel, coach or any other settlement of the tour package :

    • Where there is no fault of suppliers or administrators.
    • Where the mistakes in the execution of the order are inferred from the customer.
    • Where the mistakes are unforeseeable or unavoidable.
  7. Dissensions

    We try our best to make your trip smooth and hassle-free, yet things may not work as we want sometimes. In such case, you can talk about your issue with your Travedox Manager so that he could resolve your concern. You can send your issues within 28 days of your trip. Any debate among the customers and Travedox will be clarified by the Jurisdiction of India.

  8. Travel papers and Visas

    To travel to India from abroad nations besides the natives of Nepal and Bhutan, one needs to have 06 months of substantial international ID and a legitimate Visa. Also, handling of Passport and Visa are not included in the travel cost.

  9. Well-being

    Any individual with an infectious isn't allowed to travel. If any individual is found infected, he/she will be quickly left and he needs to make his own arrangements for travelling back.

  10. Early Check-in/Late Check out

    The standard registration time is 1200 Hrs. (IST). The cost of Early registration or Late registration is excluded. We can in some cases arrange it for you, yet we cannot guarantee you. It solely depends on the hotel, area and their accessibility.

  11. Additional Uses of our Vehicle

    The cost of the vehicle for your utilization is not included in your visit cost until and unless it is specified in your agenda.

  12. Alteration in schedule

    Once your tour has begun, you have to stick to your schedule entirely. If there are conditions that cannot be controlled, a few or the whole schedule will have to be changed to ensure a smooth and safe voyage.

  13. Extra charge

    You will be charged extra charges for any increase in the fuel cost or planned airfare or some other assessments that are analyzed by the administration. You will not be charged up to 2% of such extra charges. Post 2% will be charged.

  14. Our Liability

    Travedox is liable for all those courses of action which are within our control. We are not responsible for conditions which are out of our control. The organization does not hold responsibility for any unforeseen setbacks like individual damage, ailments, misfortune, delay, inconvenience and robbery. The organization is also not responsible for any incident which is out of control, like, catastrophic events, bad climatic conditions, issues to the vehicle and other such disasters that do not fall under the purview of the organization.
